Booker Little - Booker's Blues

"Booker's Blues" is not exactly a Blues. The composition is built upon an eight bar statement with a suspended feeling. For the solos, which are only given to the trumpeter and Friedman, the structure alternates between the eight bar progression and a twelve bar straight blues progression.
