J. B. Loeillet - Concerto D major 1. Adagio 2. Allegro for 2 Trumpets & Organ

recording from the concert on 24th may 2014 of the TRIO FESTIVO in the protestant church in Birnbach, a village in the Westerwald, Germany with Marion Kutscher & Michael Frangen, trumpets and Hans-André Stamm Beckerath organ (at the 19 stops from 1985 in a historic case, early 17th century). Stamm's arrangement embellishs the Adagio with passages diminished in thirty-second note lines, the Allegro with semiquavers. Some of the organ passages transcend the original in the direction of a harmonically more advanced Bach-like organ style.
