This is from the first SC album which was produced by Greg Lake. They must of been good for Greg to be involved. They left us 3 single 45's and just the two albums, the self titled Spontaneous Combustion and Triad. They have recently been reissued as a double CD. A while ago I put up the "Sabre Dance" 45 from 1973.

As their name suggests they folded soon after the Triad album... Tristian Margetts went on to play and record with the very brilliant Greg Lake. His brother Gary quit the music business. Tony Brock is famous for applying the skins for Strider and The Babys in the late seventies and into the eighties he was in Rod Stewart's backing band. By all accounts he has a popular fanbase.

Talented trio that deserve the higher profile. Progressive with Psychedelia in the mix. Another lost sock in the launderette of the seventies.
