Hey there, Delilah: A Hypnobabies home birth

My hypnobabies (mostly) home birth of our 4th baby Delilah!

We did hypnobabies and it was fantastic. It got me through transformation (transition), which you can see at 2:04, I was completely calm and concentrating (I didn't know it, but I was 10 cm in that pic, and I was pushing on the next wave!) I even got the head out through deep hypnosis, I just got a little loud pushing those big ol' shoulders out. I hope that doesn't detract from the truly beautiful birth it was. Home birth is AMAZING! Hypnobabies is AMAZING! Women's bodies doing what they were made to do is AMAZING!
