Here's Host Rod Lucas from London England with Best Smooth Jazz for 16th May 2015. I'm trying to load another BSJ show BUT SME SONY have hit me with another Legal Take Down notice - thus stopping me from loading another show up. WHAT'S THE MATTER WITH SONY SME !!! DONT BUY THEIR MUSIC. I've issued a Federal Court Counter Notice. I'm not sure this is not actionable by me - they appear to be preventing my creative works from being broadcast. Perhaps I should sue for damages. Are their any US Copyright Lawyers out there to help me bring an action to seek damages.
