Alexander Scriabin- Piano Concerto in F-sharp minor, op. 20 [Garrick Ohlsson]

A rare recording of Garrick Ohlsson and the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra (under the direction of Libor Pesek) performing the divine piano concerto by Scriabin, the only one he ever wrote. The piece is rarely programmed or recorded, and it's hard to figure out why it's so underrated. Ohlsson delivers the piece tremendously, as usual, with his unparalleled balance of strength and fragility. Enjoy!
