The Ulfuls's cover of Kyu Sakamoto's 1963 hit 'Ashita Ga Arusa'. They kept the song comical and light like the original, but they changed the story in the song from singing about a young man who's too shy to confess his love to a girl at the train station to a young man who wants to climb the corporate ladder.
Ashite Ga Arusa pretty much means: There's Always Tomorrow
