The ensemble has been noted for virtuoso musicianship, coupled with enjoyment in performance. They have been on tours all over the world, feature on several CDs and are frequently on the radio. The combination of six string instruments is used flexibly so as to provide an extensive list of performed works ranging from a single player to full string sextet, often with double-bass instead of second cello.
