My Pregnancy Story: Why We Chose a Birthing Center and Tips

Okay I am in the final stretch and I am ready to share our journey of our pregnancy. I am going to go through my last 9 months, why we moved to a birthing center and tons of tips that help make my pregnancy easier! Below are a list of all supplements and online classes I took!!!

Vitamins
Garden of Life - Vitamin Code Prenatal
Barlean's - Omega-3 Fish Oil EPA/DHA
Any brand I used Kroger - Vitamin C
Solaray - B Complex
Mega Food - Blood Builder (for iron/anemia)

Tea's safe during whole pregnancy
Red Raspberry Tea - Strengthens Uterus (Quicker delivery faster recovery)

For Heart burn/ Acid Reflux
Nature's Plus - Papaya Enzyme
Bragg - Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar About 1 tsp - 1 Tb depending on severity of symptoms straight or mixed in water.

Things started after 37 weeks
Barlean's - Evening Primrose Oil 2 softgel orally and one vaginally (at bedtime)
Perennial massage (started at 8 months)

Plenty of walking
