Albert William Ketelbey, 1875-1959. Albert, was born in Birmingham,England he composed many beautiful pieces of music.in 1929, he was proclaimed as "Britain, greatest living composer" But his work fell out of favour after the Second World War,and at the time of his death,he has slipped into obscurity with only a handful of mourners at his funeral.
