TNT is a Norwegian hard rock / heavy metal band that was formed in Trondheim in 1982 by Dag Ingebrigtsen, Ronni Le Tekrø, Steinar Eikum and Morten "Diesel" Dahl.

TNT released their first album That same year the band was formed (the band's only album with Norwegian subtitles) and got a hit with the song "Harley-Davidson". In August 1983 Morty Black came in instead of Steinar Eikum on bass, and the following year American Tony Harnell TNT's new frontman. The band won a Grammy Prize 1987 in the category rock album Tell No Tales. In 1988 certain "Diesel" Dahl decided to leave the band after it had been a turbulent time in the band. "10,000 Lovers (In One)" is TNT's biggest hit.
