The Beatles - Any Time At All (Stereo Remastered)

The Beatles had been very busy boys indeed.
Not only had they filmed a movie but recorded
a soundtrack to go along with it.
'Anytime at all' is a song mainly written by John Lennon.
That was found on the none movie side of the
'A Hard Days Night' album.

This song was not even found on the US version pressing of the album.
That was released (26th June 1964) two weeks earlier than the UK.
Though that album was soon replaced by the original United Kingdom version.
Guess so all the world wide fans wouldn't miss out
on any new wonderful songs.
The US album is a lovely piece of beatlemania vinyl to own.
(Heeee-eeee I own it too)

Now back to the song, 'Anytime at all'
Was brought into the Abbey Road Studios by John. On Tuesday 2 June 1964.
Incomplete until Paul McCartney helped out by suggesting the
middle eight section be based solely on chords and not lyrics.
Paulie also helps on the vocals on the second
singing of the words 'Anytime at all',
in the chorus because John couldn't quite hit the notes on that day.
So now sprinkle some George Harrison and Ringo Starr magic
and you have a brilliant, cute Beatle track.

John's handwritten lyrics for "Any Time at All" were sold for £6,000 at a
Sotheby's auction in London, on 8 April 1988.
Hmmmmm? Wonder where those Lyrics are now?
