[*1] "bitamin no 4" (@1:20) is a play on words: "4" is pronounced like "shi", and "bitamin" is the word for "vitamin", so the line goes "bitamin no shi" as in "bitamin no C" ("vitamin C")

[*2] "oi 'C' no 4" (@3:33) is also a play on words: "C" is pronounced like "shii" in Japanese phonetics, and "oishii" is the word for "delicious", so the line goes "oi 'C' no 4" as in "oishii no 4" ("delicious 4")

ACTUALLY THIS SONG IS ONE GIANT PUN. For example, "shi" is used to connect sentences in Japanese, but is also one way to pronounce the number 4 (the other way is "yon"). So in chorus, the lines ending with 4 ("shi") can also be seen as something that is connecting each of those sentences.

Mostly this song is saying that the number 4, seen as unlucky in Japan, isn't so bad after all. It is like if someone was singing in English about how wonderful the number 13 is.
