My Natural Hospital Birth Concieved by IUI

My second son conceived via IUI and the use of a sperm donor being delivered by two of my personal friends, all natural. I used the Bradley Method and Hypnobirthing to prepare and get me through the labor. I went in at 5cm and at 7cm dialated with a buldging bag of water we decided to AROM. 15 minutes later my baby boy was in my arms, ready to nurse. I look sedated however this is how heavy you can get into the hypnosis. I was quiet and calm the entire delivery. Needless to say if you are screaming and yelling during your delivery you are fighting your body doing what it needs to do. Just let your body do what it was made to do and focus and there is no need to scream and yell. This delivery was by far easier and less painful than my first with an epidural.
