I had been pushing for about 10-15 mins at this point. i had complete control of his head, guiding it out with my hand and it was because of this that i didnt tear or have any swelling at all. once his head was out, it was almost like i relaxed and his body came out instead of a hard push. being in complete control was the most powerful feeling. my sister-in-law helped me to catch him as i only had one hand as i was supporting myself with the other one.
there is a quote in the documentary "orgasmic birth" and it's said "and a woman will open her mouth and roar". and roar i did.
