Kei Akagi performs his own compositions on the piano in this outing, and he is joined by Bob Harrison on bass, Tom Brechtlein on drums, Rick Margitza on saxophone, John Patitucci on bass. The selections include "Silent Partnar," "Tony M," "Hexenkessel," "Mari," "Playroom," "Dolce's Dance," "BWB," "Robinesque," "Vasanti Blues." The selections were originally recorded during August/September 1991. Kei Akagi plays a lively piano and this CD is one of his best. The "Vasanti Blues" and "Playroom" reveal Kei Akagi's jazz piano techniques at their best. "Mari" is also an unusual song to enjoy.
