Minato begins to perform the Eight Sign Seal (Eight Trigrams Seal). Kushina uses her last bit of chakra to tell Naruto of the three prohibitions of a shinobi. Minato's last words were "Naruto... This is your dad. Listen... To your motor-mouth mother."
