Sterlyn Raine Natural Drug Free Birth

The Birth of our Very First Daughter on September 3rd, 2010.
We had a Natural Birth with ZERO Drugs, Zero Medications, and very little hospital Staff intervention. Our Doctor at the time still disregarded our wishes and our written agreement with her, so although it was a Great Natural Birth we still felt cheated by her. Had it not been for our practice and belief in Hypnobirthing, this outcome could have been much much different.
