On 18th December 2018, there held the 35th Defense Seminar sponsored by Defense Ministry at the Art Theatre in Yokosuka city. Two speakers made lectures concerning the construction of Navy and the development of Yokosuka city at and after the Meiji period, followed by a concert by the Tokyo Band. The Band performed some pieces relating to the Seminar's theme.
This video shows Yukari Miyake singing "Segodon Main Theme", the main theme of the very popular weekly drama of NHK broadcasted throughout 2018. It described the life of a great statesman Takamori Saigoh (then called "Segodon" by his supporters) in the Meiji period.
2018年12月18日（火）第35回防衛セミナーが横須賀芸術劇場で行われ、明治以降の海軍建設と横須賀市の発展に関し、2人の講師による講話が行われた後、東京音楽隊による演奏会が催されました。演奏会では、セミナーのテーマである明治に因んだ曲目が演奏されました。この動画は、その際演奏された「西郷どんメインテーマ」と三宅由佳莉さんのヴォカリーズを単曲編集したものです。
