TVS - Birth of a Station Part One

From 1 January 1982 TVS (Television South) held the ITV franchise for the Southern region of the UK. This TVS programme attempted to show how challenging and difficult a task it was to be ready and equipped on time to broadcast. Part Two is on this channel on a separate VT.
