Ripple Star (8-Bit Remix) - Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards

This song was actually really fun to make. I tried to make it bouncy like the original, but adding flavors of Kirby's Adventure and Kirby's Dream Land 2. Sticking with three main channels was hard on this one, but I think it worked out quite well.

For the artwork, I had even more fun. I tried to paint the idea that Ripple Star looks like a nice peaceful place, but it has little strange elements scattered throughout. (the MUSIC?)

Next song up is probably the boss theme. Depending on how these do, I'll either stay and do more Kirby 64, or I might try some other styles entirely.

My artwork is not meant to be a 100% accurate 8-bit image. It's simply there to go along with the music, so I occasionally bend the rules.

My chiptune music is meant to emulate the 2A03 chip, which has two square channels, one triangle channel, one noise channel, and a sample channel.
