Natural home birth in water

I had only been in real labor for about four hours before she was born. I was in such a total state of focus. I had no control of the sounds I made or the things my body did, other than my arms and legs. Both my legs began to cramp up from top to bottom right as I began to push. You will see the midwives begin to massage my legs which made all the difference! Thank God for them! Midwives are special people and have a true calling.
