(1) 0:49, 1:35, 2:36 The verb あげる (ageru) and conjugated verbs あがって (agatte) and あげられる (agarareru) were used without Kanji in the song. Due to this, there are a couple different things that each verb could mean such as rising, struggling, giving, suspension, indication, or apprehension. Since there are very little context clues to work with, it’s very hard to determine exactly which meaning is meant where (if at all), and it’s very likely that EZFG wanted all these multiple meanings to overlap each other, which is a writing technique that’s basically impossible to represent in English. Since the song is about a hormone, I went with the general translation of “raise/rise” in most cases, but do know that there are other ways to interpret the song.
