Lyrics:

Every move you make is gorgeous
But it's never twice the same
And the sunlight falls in familiar diamonds
While you sit there like a painting outgrowing its frame, oh
And I know things will change
But right now I can play two chords and watch you dance

And I mean this in the best way
At the very same time
You remind me that I’m dying
And that it’s good to be alive
And I mean this in the best way
With a spirit so bright
You remind me that I’m dying
And that it’s good to be alive

And the days they take forever
But it’s never long enough
Every joyous first, every ending hurts
But at least I get to fall in love again again again again
So I know things will change
But right now I can play two chords and make you smile

And I mean this in the best way
At the very same time
You remind me that I’m dying
And that it’s good to be alive
And I mean this in the best way
With a spirit so bright
You remind me that I’m dying
And that it’s good to be alive

Oh, better think again
We only have tonight

And I mean this in the best way (I mean it)
At the very same time (yeah we have)
You remind me that I’m dying (ooh)
And that it’s good to be alive (only tonight)
and I mean this in the best way
With a spirit so bright
You remind me that I’m dying
And that it’s good to be alive
