Home water Birth of Novella Joy

This was our fourth baby and 3rd home birth. She was probably my most challenging birth so far. She was 10lbs6oz and born at 42 weeks almost exactly. Her labor was about 7 hrs total.
When the video starts I was about 8cm. And had just gotten in the water. Things were progressing very quickly. You will notice my water breaks right as she is crowning and there was meconium. Not uncommon for a later baby. She required no suction, she worked out her fluids on her own. My midwife was very supportive and kept a close eye at a comfortable distance for us.
