Tessa Virtue+Scott Moir FD 09 WC (CBC Canada)

After missing the Ice Dance Grand Prix season and v little practice (Tessa's operation on her knees), they make it to World's with this amazing FD. IMO this (and their friend's Davis and White's routine) was superb. Skating to Pink Floyd's "Great Gig in the Sky" and "Money", their coaches brought in gymnasts and dancers from Cirque du Soleil to instruct on balance for the complex entries and exits from the lifts. Notice the first outing of their now famous "Goose" lift - the skilful balance is particularly startling if you are sitting where the judges are.
