YouTube creator soezimax is currently raising crowdsourced funding to create the short promotional video Gun Girls ★SGS9R, featuring girls from a high-school idol group wearing uniforms and brandishing guns!

soezimax is a celebrity and movie director, as well as a slightly unusual multi-creator. A few years ago, he became a great hit around the world with his "I was really attacked by a cat" series on YouTube. Since then, he has continued to make movies independently, receiving many awards at various different movie festivals. Gun Girls ★SGS9 is a great masterpiece of wild entertainment created by soezimax, featuring high-school girls wearing uniforms in the midst of some unfolding gun action.

This funding is for the creation of Gun Girls ★SGS9, featuring members of the idol group Osaka ★Shunkashuutou. The average age of the members of Osaka ★ Shunkashuutou is 15! These real high-school girls will wear uniforms and take on the challenge of creating a gun action movie! In addition, they will also be producing a theme tune as the starting point of their musical career, as well as some additional tracks and a debut CD.

Once the project has been completed, Gun Girls ★SGS9 will be published on YouTube! This work has been designed to be distributed worldwide via YouTube, so the making-of this movie will also be distributed as a video blog. Also, filming will take place in the Kansai region, where the girls are from, so we will be aiming to base our work on a style that will reflect the idea of sending something "from one small region to the rest of the world!" Our aim is to use moe uniform, a unique phenomenon of Japanese culture to create a piece that will cover the obsessions of high-school kids, namely idols, music, and gun fighting action.
