Chrono Trigger - At the Bottom of the Night [Acoustic Guitar & Sax Duet]

It's here -- the acoustic guitar and saxophone duet cover for Chrono Trigger's "At the Bottom of the Night" between subversiveasset on sax and Strings of the Woods on guitar.

A few weeks ago, I posted the teaser for my acoustic guitar and saxophone duet cover of "At the Bottom of the Night" (or, if you prefer, "The Depths of the Night"). It took us a few weeks to get everything squared away, but Strings of the Woods and I have finally been able to release this piece from Chrono Trigger's soundtrack. I play sax on this piece (did you really think otherwise?), but my collaborator is the excellent acoustic guitarist Strings of the Woods. Check out his channel at:

As I mentioned in the teaser, working with Strings of the Woods on this arrangement has been an interesting experience for me. It has highlighted my lack of knowledge of acoustic guitar from an arrangement perspective, but has also challenged me to improve my ability to mix different sounding instruments.
