Adeline's calm home waterbirth (unmedicated)

This is a short video of my fourth birth that I was fortunate to have because labor was really quick. Labor started at 1 am and only lasted an hour and 21 minutes. I guided and felt her come out with my hand which had been my dream. Big thanks to my hubby, sister and midwife who supported me!
I hope this helps any mother gain more confidence in birthing her child, and to know she is enough, she is able and can be fully empowered during labor and birth! Enjoy.

This was my fourth natural water birth and I would do it again this way every time if I'm able.
The video is put together quickly with me playing guitar as well, I would like to have more time to work on it, but I have more things needing my attention.
