Ghosts and Vodka "Sex is Popular"

Ghosts & Vodka was a band I played guitar in around the turn of the millennium. At one point the four of us all lived in the same house in Arlington Heights, IL. Boy, did we know how to party? Apparently not.

Here we have "Sex is Popular" from our one and only full-length entitled "Precious Blood" (Sixgunlover Records). Engineered by Elliot Dicks in Chicago.

*FUN FACT* = I purchased a black 1982 Cadillac to help facilitate the progress of Ghosts and Vodka (at one point I was commuting from Chicago to the suburbs to practice). I bought the car from Erik's cousin for $500 cash. Within 2 weeks the car burst into flames as we cruised along on the suburban expressway. I pulled over to the shoulder and the 4 of us got out before the shit exploded (we also managed to rescue the case of Budweiser from the trunk). My favorite part of this event is the ticket the cop wrote me for "disturbing the peace"...on the ticket he wrote, "30 foot flames distracting passersby". The next part of the story is too wild for YouTube (I'll include it in my book though).
