2009年に米国より帰国した松下マサナオを中心に、エレクトロ、ジャズ、ロック、ヒップホップなどが融合されたＮＹ音楽シーンのサウンドを国内で体現するべく結成。自主制作盤『POP MUSIC』をリリースし、都内を中心に全国各地でのライブを精力的におこなう。2011年7月には 1st アルバム『Kodama』をマインズ・レコードよりリリースし、渋谷CLUB QUATTROにてレコ発ライブを開催。 一筋縄では行かない楽曲や、秀逸な演奏が、Ralph Humphrey、Jason Lindner、大谷能生、浜野謙太ら、国内外 のアーティストから賞賛される。2012年には、バンド初となるLive盤『Really Real Live』四部作を立て続けにリリース。 同年7月には、FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL'12 「ROOKIE A GO-GO」に出演。突き抜けたポップネスと常に進化するストイックなライブで絶大な支持を集めている。 自主企画のイベントにおいては、現在まで、柳下 "DAYO" 武史(SPECIAL OTHERS)、 山本ムーグ(Buffalo Daughter)、 在日ファンク・ホーンズ、仰木亮彦(在日ファンク)、Ovall、類家心平、田中"Tak"拓也、大渕愛子(Modern Irish Project)、井上文貴(東京ローカル・ホンク)、Sardine Head他(アーティスト名順不同)、多くのミュージシャンを招いた演奏が、いずれも好評を博している。
