Yasei Collective is a Japanese modern electro crossover band.
Effortlessly blending influences from a diverse range of musical genres ranging from pop to jazz, the Yasei Collective creates a modern electro pop sound that is both familiar yet truly unique. The groups highly entertaining live show is an exciting mix of their original songs combined with on-the-spot improvisation. The Yasei Collective is a trend-setting band with catchy hooks and incredibly talented musicians.

2009年に米国より帰国した松下マサナオを中心に、エレクトロ、ジャズ、ロック、ヒップホップなどが融合されたＮＹ音楽シーンのサウンドを国内で体現するべく結成。
自主制作盤『POP MUSIC』をリリースし、都内を中心に全国各地でのライブを精力的におこなう。
2011年7月には 1st アルバム『Kodama』をマインズ・レコードよりリリースし、渋谷 CLUB QUATTRO にてレコ発ライブを開催。
一筋縄では行かない楽曲や、秀逸な演奏が、Ralph Humphrey、Jason Lindner、大谷能生、浜野謙太ら、国内外 のアーティストから賞賛される。
2012年6月には、バンド初となるLive 盤『Really Real Live vol,1』をリリース。今後1年以内に『vol,4』までのリリースを予定している。
同年7月には、FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL'12 「ROOKIE A GO-GO」に出演。突き抜けたポップネスと常に進化するストイックなライブで絶大な支持を集めている。
自主企画のイベントにおいては、現在まで、柳下 "DAYO" 武史（ SPECIAL OTHERS）、 山本ムーグ（Buffalo Daughter）、 在日ファンク・ホーンズ、仰木亮彦（在日ファンク）、田中"Tak"拓也、大渕愛子（Modern Irish Project）、井上文貴（東京ローカル・ホンク）、Sardine Head (アーティスト名順不同)他、多くのミュージシャンを招いた演奏が、いずれも好評を博している。
