Cat Concert (Кошачий концерт) 80s Soviet Animation

This is a funny social commentary cartoon from the USSR from 1986. This style of animation, which is hand drawn, then done like stop motion animation on a collage was very common in USSR television. I think it is because it was easier to make than real drawn animation.

At the end of the film there is a public service announcement "PEOPLE, PRESERVE THE SILENCE" which sounds exactly is if it said "preserve drinking water"
