Video of a 1993's song, released in 1996, by a collective of french r&b artists. talking about the bad way Paris (and France) came in: empty apartements unrent by owners while homeless increase, more cops surveillance, lost of hope and believe in politics: "la France Se Fige" ("France is getting rigid" - quotation). Seems that nothing as change still.
