Audrey & Abigail's Birth (Twins C-Section)

Rachelle's c-section. Audrey and Abigail arrived on April 1st, ten days earlier than expected (35W5D). The c-section was scheduled at 37 weeks. Audrey was breech and Abigail transverse. Audrey's weight and lenght at birth were 6lb, 1oz, 19in. while Abigail's were 4lb, 3oz, 17in. Both girls went to the hospital's regular nursery for observation and both received an apgar score of 9. They were born at 4:44am and we had them in our room by 9am. Mom and both girls were released on the girls third day of birth. Mom has been recovering nicely and the girls are doing great.
