Ulupalakua - Raymond (Ray) Kane

Ray Kane, considered one of the masters of slack-key guitar, shows his skills in "Ulupalakua", a selection from his album "Wa'ahila" (1998). I chose this song for his guitar playing but also because the lyrics provide an interesting element of Hawaiian culture. An English translation is provided when each refrain is repeated.
