The amazing home birth of our sweet Babe E

Our fifth baby was a difficult birth, at home. She's perfect and beautiful and we are so thankful for our care providers. She was my fourth VBAC baby. I had a hospital transfer after this birth, due to uterine bleeding and clotting. The next morning, the OB who took care of me in the ER told me that my homebirth midwife had done EVERYTHING right to staunch the bleeding and my home birth midwife's actions SAVED MY LIFE.

I'm sharing this video because it was encouraging to me to watch all manner of birth videos while I was expecting, and also to help educate people that home birth, even in the event of an emergency, is safe.
