Emanative - Lights On - Live at Favela Chic 2010

With the album Space, Nick Woodmansey's Emanative project received glowing reviews and huge critical acclaim from the like of Gilles Peterson, who brought Emanatives electronic spiritual jazz to the masses on Radio 1. As a follow up, the recently released album Time features unreleased and remixed tracks, and is actually like a new studio album as the remixes are by friends & family who really understand the thinking behind the whole Emanative approach, whilst lending their own unique musical viewpoint to proceedings.

Nick has again worked with the excellent Jessica Lauren, Ben Hadwen, 'Level' Neville Malcolm and vocalists Heidi Vogel, Deborah Jordan & Liz Elensky to create that deep, space jazz that we have come to expect from this great producer and drummer.

Remixes come from a truly diverse spectrum of amazing music makers - Marc Rapson, Soundspecies, Wachuku, Kay Suzuki, Jazz Chronicles, K15 & Wah Wah 45s very own Scrimshire.

With this album Emanative's 'Time & Space' is complete, and Nick has brought the live band together, for the very first time, to celebrate this fact.
