ＪＲ帯広駅から車で15分。帯広市の隣幕別町郊外の高台にあり、帯広や日高山脈が眺められる南東に７ｋｍの丘の上に広がる花と緑のガーデン。4月から10月まで、毎月主役の変わる草花が２３ヘクタールの広大な土地に季節ごと開花する。フラワーガーデンの奥には広い畑が広がり展望台から見渡せて、カートで園内を移動できる。季節ごとだが園内のライトアップも行われ、幻想的な夜景も楽しみのひとつ。また、ミニ動物のコーナーもあるので、小さな動物とのふれあいもできる。園内の「レストランヒルズ」では、食にこだわりを持ったランチビュッフェは、ここの人気メニューの一つ。
