Maybellee- Home Birth Cesarean

This is the birth of little Maybellee. (the long version). Her birth was planned to be a Home Water Birth, but after days of laboring at home and nights of no sleep- all with very little progress- the decision was made that it would be best to seek help in progressing labor. Every effort was made at the hospital to have as natural a birth as possible. After laboring for several long days, Maybellee made her way into her Mommy and Daddy's arms and lives, via Cesarean birth. Despite all the twists and turns along the way, they were blessed with a beautiful birth and the most loving birth team, including the momma's identical (and also pregnant!) twin sister!
