Super Fast Natural, Unmedicated Birth

Our son Jacob was born on February 15, 2018. It was a super fast labor and delivery, and it was natural and unmedicated. I'm willing to embarrass myself by letting the world hear my birth noises so that other women might feel empowered to believe that they can have the kind of labor that they want. :)
