It was released on 8th August through Heavy Artillery Records and appears on an 'Arkasia - New World Disorder - The Remixes EP' which features remixes from 'At Dawn We Rage', 'Urban Assault' and of course '23'. I love the contrast this remix brings to the original, it's like its evil counterpart. Also the part from 1:40 is simply genious.
