Journey's Accidental Unassisted Home Birth

Baby number 3- born 2014. We did HypnoBabies this time. I went from thinking I was in prelabor (albeit intense prelabor) to pushing. It was fast but NOT furious. I never went into labor land and was getting cameras out and making phone calls while in transition and the beginning of pushing. Labor never overtook me and even with it being my 3rd water birth- I didn't think I was really in labor until I started pushing. Baby was POSTERIOR, too! I didn't *think* I was utilizing my HypnoBabies skills but I've since been told that a lot of moms who use Hypnosis feel that way about their birth. IT WAS AMAZING. I'd birth like this 50 times. I never knew I wanted to be left alone and to catch my own baby until it happened. I'm still processing the awesomeness of this birth. Enjoy.

Also wanted to add- even though I look worried- I never felt out of control or afraid of what was happening. I was looking around trying to make sure that everything was done that I wanted done. The only thing that upset me (then but CERTAINLY not now) was that no one was there to watch (I especially wanted my photographer there).
