This is the BEST perfomance ever of Appassionata's 3rd movement performed by the single man who could play it stable and vividly enough at this crazy, apocalyptic and furious speed (Sviatoslav Richter). It was recorded live at New York on his first performance outside the Soviet Union. Beethoven's genious is finally interpreted 100% through Richters fingers.
