Redefining Sexy: Oh Baby! (Hottest Pregnant Pole Dance Ever!)

The average woman gains between 25-35 pounds during pregnancy.  While this amount is required for a healthy pregnancy, for women with eating disorders, having to gain this amount can be very frightening. Some can cope with it as a sacrifice for an important cause, but others may plunge into deep depression as they struggle with weight gain and body image issues. This is a Global "Redefining Sexy" video produced by Sheila Kelley S Factor to help make women feel good in their skin.

Sheila Kelley (of just released "The Guest") is credited with founding the industry of pole-dance fitness. Her many appearances national television talk shows lit a match that ignited and unleashed the pent-up passion in women worldwide.

You can work out with Sheila Kelley and her apprentices personally by attending one of her jamborees or retreats. The next available retreat is Miami, September 25-28, 2015. No experience is necessary and you choose whether you wan to learn the pole, or just fluid feminine fitness. S Factor is a lifestyle and mindset that encourages the world to look at things from the feminine perspective, and to help women feel good about themselves. SFactor.com/retreat.

How Tiffany Redefines Sexy

I'm 32 years old, a wife and stay-at-home mom to my 2-year old Presley and I'm currently teaching S Factor in Orange County.  I'm almost 6 months pregnant with my second little girl.
I've been a teacher at S Factor for almost 8 years.

My doctor was supportive of my dance during pregnancy She just wanted me to stop inverting after the first trimester.  I was teaching and taking class a week before I delivered.

It was difficult to invert after giving birth. My body wanted to so badly ~ but I just didn't have the abdominal strength after that much time without inverting.  Luckily, with some hard work it didn't take too long to get it back.

Tiffany is redefining sexy by embracing her new curves during pregnancy.  "You are creating a life! I feel sexy when I am pregnant. I love being pregnant. I think it's so amazing what our bodies are capable of."
